Matilda is a brilliant girl who loves books and her teacher Ms. Honey – and she has astonishing telekinetic powers! Matilda’s home life is one of sadness and loneliness, but through her powers she begins to see what lies inside her is truly remarkable. Can she even lead the students to rise up against the tyrannical headmistress, Ms. Trunchbull? Can she outmaneuver her conniving parents? Matilda is truly a heroine for the ages, and her tale proves that wit, optimism, and a pinch of magic can truly save the day.
